Cancellation policy
At Save Our Jewels Wellness, we begin preparing orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following cancellation terms for standard orders, subscriptions, and preorders.
Standard Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at info@saveourjewels.com.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been packed, transferred to a fulfillment partner, or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request an eligible return under our 30-Day Return and Refund Policy after the order is delivered.
Approved Cancellation Refunds
When a cancellation is approved before fulfillment, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping fees may be refunded when the order is canceled before shipment. Any nonrefundable processing, service, or transaction fees will be disclosed before the cancellation is finalized, where permitted by law.
Address Changes and Order Modifications
Requests to change an address, product, quantity, or shipping method are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We may need to cancel the original order and ask you to place a new one if the requested change cannot be completed.
Subscription and Auto-Delivery Cancellations
Automatic Renewal
By enrolling in a subscription or auto-delivery program, you authorize Save Our Jewels Wellness or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method automatically according to the billing frequency and price shown at checkout.
Your subscription will continue to renew until you cancel it.

How to Cancel a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Using the Manage Subscription or cancellation link in your customer account or subscription emails; or

Emailing info@saveourjewels.com with the subject line Cancel Subscription
Include your full name, account email address, and subscription order number.
We will send confirmation after the subscription has been canceled. Keep the confirmation for your records.
Subscription Cancellation Deadline
To avoid the next recurring charge, submit your cancellation before the next scheduled billing date.
If a renewal payment has already been processed, the cancellation will normally take effect for the following billing cycle. An order that has already entered processing or shipped cannot be canceled, but it may qualify under our Return and Refund Policy.
Subscription Refunds
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund previously shipped, delivered, or processed orders.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods or products already delivered unless required by law or covered by our 30-day guarantee.
If you are charged after receiving confirmation that your subscription was canceled, contact us promptly so we can investigate and correct the issue.
Pausing, Skipping, or Changing a Subscription
Where these options are available, customers may be able to:

Update payment or shipping information
Changes must be completed before the next billing date. Updates requested after billing may apply to the following subscription cycle.
Subscription Promotions
Subscription discounts, rewards, free gifts, or promotional pricing apply only while the subscription remains active and the customer continues to meet the promotion’s requirements.
After cancellation, future discounts and subscription benefits will end. Canceling does not require the customer to return gifts already received unless the promotional terms clearly stated otherwise.
Preorder Cancellation Policy
Preorder Payments
A preorder reserves an item before it is available for immediate shipment. Payment may be collected at checkout or according to the terms displayed on the product page.
Estimated release and shipping dates are provided in good faith but may change because of manufacturing, supplier, inventory, transportation, or other delays outside our control.
Canceling a Preorder
You may request cancellation of a preorder before it enters processing or fulfillment.

Approved preorder cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Preorders That Have Entered Processing
Once preorder inventory has been allocated, packed, transferred to a fulfillment partner, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
After delivery, eligible products will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Delayed Preorders
If we cannot ship your preorder within the estimated or promised timeframe, we will provide an updated shipping estimate when available.
You may choose to:

Accept the revised shipping date; or
-
Cancel the unshipped preorder and receive a full refund for the canceled item
Mixed Orders
Orders containing both available products and preorder products may be shipped together when all items are available or shipped separately, depending on the fulfillment method shown at checkout.
Canceling one preorder item will not automatically cancel the remaining items in the order unless you specifically request cancellation of the entire eligible order.
Preorder Availability
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a preorder because of product discontinuation, supplier limitations, inventory shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.
If Save Our Jewels Wellness cancels a preorder, the customer will receive a full refund for the canceled item and any associated shipping charge that applies only to that item.
Refused and Unclaimed Packages
Refusing delivery or failing to retrieve a package does not automatically qualify as an approved cancellation.
Packages returned to us may be subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Original shipping costs and return-to-sender fees may be deducted from the refund unless the delivery problem resulted from our error.
Fraudulent or Unauthorized Orders
Save Our Jewels Wellness reserves the right to cancel orders involving:

Suspected fraud

Unauthorized payment activity

Incorrect pricing or promotional errors

Violation of store policies

Suspected resale or misuse of promotional offers
Any eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
