You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered.

To begin a return, email info@saveourjewels.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product you wish to return

  • A brief explanation of your return request

Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Product Eligibility

Products may be eligible for our 30-day guarantee if they are unopened, gently used, or did not meet your reasonable expectations.

Because we sell wellness, consumable, menstrual, personal-care, and intimate-care products, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. We may request photographs, additional information, or the return of the product or unused portion before approving a refund.

The guarantee applies to products purchased directly from Save Our Jewels Wellness. Purchases made through another retailer, consultant website, marketplace, or third-party seller must be returned according to that seller’s policy.

Nonreturnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Free gifts, samples, and promotional items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Save Our Jewels Wellness. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages without tracking.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your request and any required return are received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the eligible product and place a new order.
