Thank you for shopping with Save Our Jewels Wellness. We carefully prepare every order and work to get your wellness products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

The full shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email.
Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
Shipping Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within the promised processing period, we will notify you and provide an updated shipping estimate. When required, you may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to retrieve it from the carrier, we will contact you.
The customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Save Our Jewels Wellness.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If tracking has not updated or your package appears to be delayed, please contact us so we can help you review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement, refund, or store credit can be considered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your package or product arrived:

Different from what you ordered
Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, shipping box, and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your request has been reviewed.
International Shipping
When international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
International packages may experience additional delays because of customs processing. Save Our Jewels Wellness does not control customs inspections or fees.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return and refund policy.
